Crimar Holdings in January 2008 signed a marketing agreement with
the Hao Hua Zhongyi GFRP Co. Ltd., one of the largest industrial
fiberglass fabricators in China which employs over 1,100 people and produces over 60,000 tons of
fiberglass products annually. The group is certified under ISO9001,
ISO14000 and OHSMS18000, and produces fiberglass tanks up to 15 mt.
diameter, piping up to 4 mt. diameter, and a wide variety of process
equipment and custom fabricated parts. Crimar will be marketing
products made by the Hao Hua Zhongyi GFRP Co. Ltd. throughout the
Americas and the Russian Federation.

International Sales Agent to continue the expansion of the
market for industrial tanks and process equipment made in Mexico
for the North American market.
